Welcome to Upscale Beauty, operated by Upscale Trading FZC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.upscalebeauty.ae (“Site”) and any purchase you make through it.
By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Definitions

“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us” means Upscale Trading FZC, operating as Upscale Beauty.
“Customer”, “you”, “your” means the person using our Site or purchasing Products.
“Products” means all items offered for sale on the Site.

Colors and packaging may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.
Prices, offers, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors.

If a Product is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any Order placed at the incorrect price.

5. Orders and Acceptance

All Orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance and availability.
After placing an Order, you will receive an order acknowledgment via email.
A legally binding contract is formed once payment is confirmed and we dispatch your Order.
We reserve the right to cancel any Order prior to dispatch for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraud.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable UAE VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment options include:
Online Payment: via secure, UAE-approved payment gateways.
Cash on Delivery (COD): available within select regions.
Bank Transfer: available upon request with proof of payment.
You must ensure that the payment method used belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.
We do not store or have access to full card or banking details. All online payments are processed through secure PCI-DSS compliant providers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners, including Quiqup, SMSA, and Aramex.
Delivery times vary based on location, typically 1–3 working days within the UAE.
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
Title and risk pass to you upon delivery of the Product.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or failure to receive the parcel, redelivery fees may apply.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

8.1 Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless defective.

8.2 Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged Product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund after inspection.

8.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.
Delivery charges may not be refundable unless the Product is defective.

8.4 Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.

All returns are subject to our quality control checks and UAE consumer protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including images, text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Upscale Trading FZC.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or Products.
Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the total price paid for the relevant Product.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
